We got fooled today! Avery was all set for her soccer game and couldn't wait for Ammy and Bampa to see her play!! She has been talking about it all week. This is her first game with spectators. However, they arrived, she was aggressive, scored a goal (yippie!!!), and then gave up with tears. Words cannot tell you how disappointed Trevor was, Ammy and Bamp were good sports when we had to leave mid-game. The plan was for them to see the game and watch the kids while we went to see the first half of the Auburn game. We all were rethinking the plan until we got home Dylan went down for his nap and miraculously Avery was ready to play! Her recovery was amazing. She even made it until 9 pm without a nap and an impromptu backyard bonfire (not so sure that was safe Trevor).
Meanwhile, it has been a trying week Dylan was sick for three out of the five days and shall I say I was lucky to get 3 hours of sleep a night. For those of you that know me,,,, that was not good! Grouchy Mama! We are hoping for a week of healthy kids as we have a first birthday approaching very fast! WE are SO, SO, SO EXCITED!!!!

Poor Avery! What was that all about?!?!? It sounds like the rest of the afternoon was good though and hopefully you all still got to sneak away to watch part of the game. Hooray for everyone feeling better!
Poor Dylan :-( Bonnie has also been sick this week so not a whole lot of sleep over here, either. Hopefully everyone will be healthy again soon!
