Christmas Day!

The best one yet! Nothing like seeing it thru the eyes of the babes and feeling the excitement. The snow fall made it even better. What a magical day!

Our house Christmas morning!

Off to the Trussell's!

Christmas Eve

What a night! The Trussell Family plus Chris Parker! A yummy beef tenderloin dinner, gifts, and family! So much to be thankful for. I can hardly imagine next year with a new baby niece!

The best chef!

Me and the babes! Love them all, and Truss wanted me for a little while :)

Riendeer Food!

First Church Outing

With the Posener Ladies of course! We were able to see a live nativity and here the storytelling of the birth of Baby Jesus. It was an interactive service designed for toddlers. So much fun, and the perfect way to kick off the holiday!

The after party...lunch at Atlanta Bread!

Holiday Preparations

Well with no babysitter to watch the kids, I am sad to report that I haven't done much shopping. It is just too much to take them both and expect to really be able to concentrate on the task of shopping. However, I have done some on line ordering and lots of baking. We have made a couple batches of cookies (from scratch) along with our gingerbread house. We bake while Dylan naps which hasn't been very often but we love it. Once Dylan wakes it is the cookie monster we deal with. The boy LOVES cookies. I have to hide them because if he knows where they are he WILL NOT stop whining until he has one in his hands. Then, he makes the biggest mess possible with even the smallest crumb. We are all enjoying it though! We also opened some presents early. Grammy and Grampa sent a package and gave me the green light for early opening. They both knew just what to do, rip open the wrapping and play with the gift. Thanks for the sweet package and great gifts. Can't wait to celebrate with you in Arizona!

The early gifts :)

The cookies

Of course we leave a little time to socialize and play :)

Magical Lights of the Night

Two cars, eight adults, and three kids loaded up to tour Lake Lanier's light show. It was a fun family night for sure! We saw the lights, listened to Christmas music, did the petting zoo, roasted marshmallows, and attempted to see Santa. My vote is next year we take an RV so we can enjoy it all together. However, it was tons of fun! Bring on the holiday cheer.

P.S. When are you going to arrive Tessa?
