The Spring Jonquil Festival made for a fun morning! We met our friends the Posener's and the O'Connor's and enjoyed the gorgeous weather. Walking around, bounce houses, and puppet shows mainly. Then we stopped at Moe's for a Mexican lunch.
Saturday evening we finally were able to get together with the Chally's. It was great to have some adult conversation while knowing the kids were having a blast. It is one thing to have children that are great friends but when you also enjoy their parents it is twice as sweet! Thanks for coming over Jeanna and Jon, we had a great time. It was a fun evening cookout in our backyard. Jeanna showed Trevor and I how to make some yummy margarita's while the kids enjoyed playing. Avery and Leighton had a ball and Gracen was kind enough to take care of Dylan. He was loving the attention! We had a super night!

Sunday ended with a bit of a surprise...Trevor got diagnosed with Strep Throat. He hadn't been feeling well this week and after a lot of persuading he made a trip to the minute clinic. Two hours later he was home with a ten day prescription of Amoxocillin. I am very excited to get him back to his chipper self, let's just say there was a slight change in his temperment :) I am cleaning and praying the rest of us can avoid this yucky virus but know that is very likely not the case!

Sounds like a fun and busy weekend. I can't believe Trevor has strep!!!! I would say it's better him than the kids though. Hopefully the rest of you can stay well. Keep me posted.
To say that we ALL had a great time would be an understatement! The dinner was awesome and so fun being with y'all! Hope Trevor is feeling better and keeps it to himself :)
